Coping With Chronic Pain: "Chronic pain is a tough life sentence- getting up every morning feeling like your back is going put you down; dealing with migraine headaches every day, sometimes several times a day; not being able to move without a sharp, searing agony shooting through your body. Chronic pain sufferers’ quality of life is severely compromised. They often cannot work and cannot earn money to support themselves and their families."Chronic pain causes severe emotional stress. Here are some things to help it!
1-Learn to relax
2-don't overdo and schudle to much
3-Keep positive
4-Share your feeling
5-Exercise
6-Don't drink acohol
7-Quit smoking smokers are at a higher risk of pain.
These are a few simple solutions to help, of course check with your doctor and perhaps go to a clinic that's specialty is Pain!
